A: Standard is one (1) full clearing per snowfall event, completed within 16 hours after the storm ends. It’s perfect if you’re in no rush and just want the driveway cleared once the snow is done.
Priority is two (2) visits per snowfall:

• An Overnight Escape Cut (12–8 a.m.) so you can leave by 8 a.m.

• A Full Clean later that day (target ~3 p.m.) after the snowfall ends.
  Priority also includes one (1) windrow return if the city plow buries your driveway again. If you’ve got work, school, or just need to get out early, Priority is the clear winner.

A: Automatic dispatch happens when there’s at least 5 cm (2") of accumulation measured on your driveway (drifts averaged). Anything under 5 cm isn’t included in the season package, but you can request a clearing at the per-visit rate.

• Standard: within 16 hours after the snow stops.

• Priority: Full Clean within 8 hours after the snow stops (plus the overnight Escape Cut if snow hits during the night).
  During extreme or continuous storms (20+ cm, whiteouts, plow delays), timelines may extend for safety and efficiency.

Every package covers your driveway, front walkway, and main entrance. Back walks, side doors, decks, patios, extra steps, salting/sanding, and snow haul-away aren’t included unless arranged separately.

• Standard: Windrow clearing isn’t included by default, but you can add it.

• Priority: One (1) windrow return is included per snowfall event. Additional plow passes are billable.

It’s not a finish pass. We clear one lane from your garage/parking spot to the street, open behind your driver/passenger doors where possible, and make a path to your front door. It’s meant to get you out on time, not to give you a detailed clean. The Full Clean happens later in the day.

We pile snow neatly on-site in logical corners of your property. If you need snow hauled away, that’s available as an extra service.

We run on a monthly fixed rate from November 1 to March 31. Pay by e-transfer (info@lushtbay.com) or credit card. A 2% monthly late fee applies to overdue invoices.
